We are looking for a smart and motivated Administration Assistant in our head office in Balerna (Switzerland), 45 minutes from Milan.

  • Digital and paper archiving
  • Invoice registration
  • Autonomous management of routine office purchases
  • Management of general office services
  • Contact center

Requirements

Knowledge of English and any other languages ​​(German and French) is welcome
