    • By car/car:

    Highway A2: Take the A2 motorway, making sure you have the Swiss Vignette. Go through the Brogeda customs and take exit 53-Chiasso.

    From Lugano/Nord: Take the first exit at the roundabout and the second exit at the next roundabout. From German-speaking Switzerland or Ticino, take the first exit Chiasso, turn right at the roundabout and go straight ahead for about 1 km.

     

    • Without using the motorway:

    For those who have not bought a vignette, it is possible to reach us from Italy coming from the Ponte Chiasso customs point (recommended exit Monte Olimpino), turn right and follow the road signs for Lugano. At the first roundabout take the second exit and at the roundabout immediately afterwards take the first exit. Continue straight on via Como until you reach the next roundabout. Here take the first exit and follow Via San Gottardo until you reach the town of Balerna.

    Once you are in Via San Gottardo, whether you take the motorway or not, before arriving at the Balerna Town Hall and the Raffeisen building (where our office is located), on your right you will find a large public car park with a time disc (maximum parking allowed of 4 hours). For customers, suppliers and guests, parking spaces are available (subject to availability) in the inner courtyard marked Xago Europe SA.

     

    • Parking spaces:

    • By train:

    Take the train to Balerna railway station. From here there are two roads:

    Via Stazione: Follow Via Stazione, turn right at the top of the hill to find the offices.

    Alley: Take the alley on the right, go up the steps to the cemetery, turn left, find the door next to the Raiffeisen Bank.
